Keto Migas Bowl Breakfast

 

You'll Need:

  • 2 Southwestern Chicken Bowls

  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon butter

Heat bowls in microwave on high for 5 1/2 minutes. Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet.  When bowls are heated through, add the contents to the skillet with the eggs.  Stir over medium heat until eggs are cooked through. 

Garnish as desired.  Serves 2.

Toppings:

  • avocado slices

  • sour cream

  • cilantro 

  • lime wedges
