Quick Keto Curry
This quick curry dish is the perfect way to warm up on a cold night. Even better? It’s keto-friendly, so you can enjoy comfort food without all of the carbs. 😊
You'll Need:

1 Happi Foodi Shepherd’s Pie bowl

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon Indian seasoning paste (Rogan Josh is our fav)

2 tablespoons plain full fat yogurt

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- Heat the Shepherd’s Pie bowl for 6 1/2 minutes.
- When heated through, stir in curry and seasoning paste.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and top with yogurt and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Serves 1.
Serving suggestion: This is also good with a teaspoon of chutney on top.
